Brief: Create a bold, attention-grabbing campaign aimed at consultants, and reposition what it means to be one.
Solution: We flipped the traditional narrative with a provocative line: “We don’t want consultants.” The idea was to challenge expectations and attract people who aren’t defined by their job titles — but by their individuality. By speaking directly (and slightly rebelliously) to the audience, the campaign stood out and sparked curiosity.
Concept: We brought the idea to life through bold, playful illustrations.
Each visual showed consultants in unexpected settings — from yoga to scuba diving — celebrating personality, diversity, and breaking the mold of the typical consultant image.
